We are so sAd to see you go! Please use this form to cancel your Membership with The Elements and our studio manager will confirm your cancellation.

As per membership terms and conditions:

  • Memberships can only be cancelled after the minimum commitment period, or $100 cancellation fee applies.

  • Cancellation notice must be a minimum of 30 days before your next monthly payment is due.

  • Partial refunds cannot be given and monthly payments once billed are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Cancellations cannot be backdated.

  • Please note, cancelling your membership means we would no longer be able to guarantee you the great discounted price you were offered at the time of sale.
