Heated Practice - Our traditional Hot Yoga, SET SEQUENCE class with more alignment, hip opening, upper body and core poses. This motivating class develops alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility. A great full body workout suitable for all ages and levels from beginner to experienced. Rooted in the alignment of Mountain Pose, it's designed to strengthen and lengthen the lines of the body with a Therapeutic Vision and taught from simple to complex, Our 45 & 60 min classes are beginner friendly!
WATER - flow
Heated Practice - All Levels - Our user-friendly but challenging general level, FLOW class. Hip openers, twists, upper body strengtheners, bum and ab toners, this fully rounded practice works 100% of the body with a Therapeutic Vision and taught from simple to complex. Practiced with music, it's designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one's breath and energy to fuel the practice. It's a combination of Vinyasa, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Heated Practice - Our Intermediate/Advanced class, geared to learn the developments of the postures and TRANSITIONS you have learned in the WATER class. We will encourage you and help you learn the steps to master advanced transitions and guide you to lift off in flight. Take your concentration and precision skills to the next level! 60 & 75 minutes
ROM & FLEXIBILITY - This class is designed to improve physical mobility and agility. All movements are performed with control to lift the body through precise movements. This class targets Maximum Fascia release for maximum flexibility and range of motion (ROM). The way that exercises are sequenced is more important than the individual application of each movement alone. 75 min
STRENGTH & STAMINA - is geared to create muscular, vascular and respiratory strength to train complicated body positioning. We will encourage you, and help you learn the steps to master some of the most glamorous poses in yoga and guide you to new heights. 75 min
Lightly Heated - A deep, slow class, based entirely on the floor You will open your hips, spine, neck, shoulders and wrists carefully, deeply and softly. You will get flexible in slow holds, passively and actively open tight areas with the help of props. This class brings the benefits of Yoga Nidra and Yin combined through guided meditation.
