Our latest innovation! he Grind is a low impact, full body, interval training class based on current evidence-based research designed to improve your overall athletic conditioning and cognitive performance while transforming your body no matter your baseline. The Grind trains your heart and muscles to quickly recover between cardio and strength efforts while increasing your mobility with foam rolling. Three distinct training targets - Hypertrophy, Aerobic, and Anaerobic - are used to form this unique workout program in order to improve all aspects of fitness including endurance, agility, power, strength, balance, speed, coordination, accuracy and mobility.
CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute session our awesomely trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes, as well as body weight exercises like hovers. You will also get into some hip, bum and lower back stability moves.
