The Grind is a low impact, full body, interval training class designed to improve your overall athletic conditioning and cognitive performance by training your heart and body to quickly recover between cardio and strength efforts while increasing your mobility during the yoga flow at the end of class. Three distinct focuses are used to form this unique workout program in order to improve all aspects of fitness including endurance, agility, power, strength, balance, speed, coordination, accuracy and mobility.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute session our awesomely trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes, as well as body weight exercises like hovers. You will also get into some hip, bum and lower back stability moves.
Hot Pilates is a system designed to improve physical strength. All exercises are done with control to lift the body against gravity. Pilates demands focus and precision, the way that exercises are done is more important than the exercises themselves. The focus is on doing one precise and perfect movement, rather than many half hearted ones. Using correct posture improves safety by correcting muscle imbalances and optimizing coordination.
Hot Pilates is the perfect middle-of-the-road hot class. The movements are just fast enough that you don’t have time to kind of sit and swelter, but not so fast that a beginner couldn’t still crush it.
